Many of our translation projects include foreign-language typesetting that requires specialized desktop publishing software and fonts that permit the use of non-Latin characters such as Cyrillic and Asian characters.

Because of this need, the Art Department was born. As the demand for typesetting and other related services expanded outside of the Translations Unit, the Art Department slowly evolved into the premier provider of graphic design services to other schools and offices within the District. In response to this increased demand, the Art Department is now supplied with state-of-the-art hardware and software needed to produce expertly designed marketing materials, brochures, ads, flyers and other publications. Our highly skilled staff of Illustrators work with you to blend your idea or theme into the final product you are looking for.The following services are available:

Clients requiring any of these services are encouraged to visit the Art Department and bring with them any electronic files, hard copies or simply an idea or a theme to work from in order to obtain what you are looking for in your final product.Electronic files can be handled in most mainstream word processors or desktop publishing software and on most types of media.
