Request Status Labels
Request has been received and is being reviewed.
Waiting for translator to confirm assignment.
Translator is currently working on the translation.
Translation has been completed and is pending final review or formatting.
Translation has been emailed to the client.
The request has multiple languages, but not all languages will be covered due to a lack of resources.
Request will not be covered due to lack of resources.
The request is not processed due to a missing or corrupt file.
The request was canceled.
The request is omitted because it's a duplicate.
The request is voided.
Submission Guidelines
File Format Requirements
- PDFs are not accepted - Please submit an editable file
- Zip multiple files before uploading
- Ensure files are not corrupted before submission
We Do Not Translate
- Student transcripts - Due to certification and other legal requirements
- Written IEPs - Please contact the Division of Special Education at 213.241.6701. IEP translation requests can be made directly from the student record in Welligent.
Tips for Successful Submissions
- Submit editable files (Word, Excel, etc.) - not PDFs
- When submitting multiple files, compress them into a single ZIP file
- Double-check that your file opens correctly before submitting
- Provide clear context about the document's purpose to help translators
